Bicycles and Children
Children under age 10 have 1/3 less field of vision than adults. They cannot easily judge a car's speed and distance and cannot tell the direction a sound is coming from.
Children concentrate on only one thing at a time and it is not likely to be traffic due to their limited sense of danger.
